Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of Unfulfilled Orders
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. If your order has not yet been shipped or fulfilled, you may request cancellation through any of our customer service channels. In this case, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, with no cancellation fees.

2. Cancellation of Shipped Orders
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may initiate a return process after the package has been delivered. To do so, please follow the return instructions included with your package or contact our customer service team for assistance.
