Shipping Policy

Warehouse Processing Schedule
We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday at our warehouse. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder first.

Order Processing Time
Order processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed and fully paid before 18:00 on a business day will begin processing on the same day.
Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next available business day.

Shipping Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on external logistics conditions.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United States.

Orders under $288: $9.99 shipping fee
Orders of $288 or more: Free shipping

To ensure reliable delivery service, we work with leading logistics providers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express.

Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us via email within 24 hours after placing your order. After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
